Porter Robinson Reveals Upcoming Back-To-Back “Poseidon” Tour With Zedd
August 7th, 2012 ⋅ News ⋅ by DigiAc3 ⋅ 986 ViewsMTV recently talked with Porter Robinson about his future tour with friend and fellow superstar Zedd. The live shows will feature the two playing back-to-back rather than one of the stars opening for the other. The tour is named Poseidon after their new collaboration track named the same thing.
Porter describes the track as:
The song is pretty. It’s kind of like disco chords on trancier sounds, with a nice topline, and a really nice crowd vocal.”
Details of the tour are still being finalized, but Porter did provide some information about what they envision.
“Me and Zedd have discussed this a little bit, but we don’t have this set in stone. I would love it to be just purely for the fans: A Porter track. A Zedd track. A Porter track. A Zedd track.
They got the idea after seeing Doctor P and Flux Pavillion play back to back sets, comprised solely of their own material.
