For over a month now, Insomniac has been wowing fans with its weekly installment of Awakening Fridays, giving us names like Tritonal, Filo & Peri, Myon and Shane 54, Jaytech, and Sean Tyas to trance out to every Friday night.  This week, Armada Music invades ExchangeLA for a special Awakening: Armada Night session with Sied van Riel & Eco on SATURDAY.

Sied van Riel has been referred to as the next big thing to hit trance, gaining support from heavy hitters including Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, and Ferry Corsten. His unique style is deep, warm, melodic-fuelled trance, firing up dance floors all over the world.

Taking inspiration from bands like Sigur Ros, Pink Floyd, and Arcade Fire, Eco produces a hybrid version of progressive trance that closes the gap between the indie rock movement of today and the electronic music of tomorrow. His signature sound has spread to music lovers of all genres and backgrounds, with complex melodies that reach their core.
