Above & Beyond Group Therapy LA Night 1 Successful

The fact that the Shrine Auditorium was filled with so many people on a Thursday night is a testament to the greatness of Above & Beyond and the sheer dedication of their fans.  You wouldn’t expect a place to be packed on a weeknight like Thursday, but that’s exactly what happened last night as hundreds of fans poured into the Shrine to witness the amazing sights and sounds of the Above & Beyond Group Therapy tour in LA.

They truly took their fans “Above & Beyond” with each track that they dropped; the sea of people was in constant motion, with everyone dancing the night away while being taken away to a special place by Above & Beyond.  Everywhere you looked, you could see mouths moving in sync with the lyrics as fans sang along to every song played, whether it was “Sun & Moon,” “On My Way to Heaven,” “Thing Called Love,” or any of the other great hits dropped last night.

On top of the audiotastic pleasure, fans were also treated to amazing breathtaking visuals, such as the sun and moon eclipsing, a sunrise as seen from space, an overhead view of the city at night, and groups of pedestrians forming different shadow angles as the sun moved around them.  Above & Beyond would display text every now and then that always succeeded in getting the crowd even more amped up than they already were, saying things like “Hello LA!” and “Dreams Really Do Come True.”

All in all, Above & Beyond told an amazing story last night, and it’s a story you definitely don’t want to miss out on…so if you missed it the first time around, we hope you can make it tonight or tomorrow night!  In case you can’t make it to any of the shows, here are a few pictures just to give you an idea of what the story was like.  However, seeing these pictures is nowhere near as good as being there and experiencing the story for yourself.
