EDC New York extends to 3 days!

Following all the positive acclaim for Insomniac’s Electric Daisy Carnival in New York, Insomniac has decided to extend the massive festival to 3 days instead of 2 via its website this morning.
This is what the announcement reads:
We could not have imagined a more incredible response when we decided to bring Electric Daisy Carnival to New York. Our first allotment of tickets sold out within just a few hours so we went back to the drawing board to create an even bigger festival experience that more fans could enjoy! Not only have we expanded our daily capacity to accommodate more fans, we have also added an additional day.
The festival dates are now Friday, May 18, Saturday, May 19 & Sunday May 20, 2012.
Tickets for all three days go back ON SALE THIS THURSDAY, April 12 at 12 noon ET (9am PT). If you have already purchased a 2-day pass, you will have a special limited-time opportunity to purchase a Friday pass on Wednesday before the public on-sale on Thursday. Details will be emailed to you.
